About me

I’m Sergio — a Product Designer currently based in Querétaro, México.

I studied Industrial Design at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Guadalajara, where I fell in love with building physical prototypes and using design to solve real problems.

That passion led me into the digital world — joining a big Automotive Technology company and designing UI for different mobility industry applications, from farming vehicles to commercial vehicles.I also joined an app development team, designing for motorbike companion apps, EV rental apps, fleet management platforms, and more. I also joined a team specialized in automotive software, where I worked on the UX design for a future cockpit concept and collaborated with a design team on a full infotainment system for a major trailer truck client.

Later on, I led design efforts at a small but passionate co-founded dev team, building digital tools to help local businesses grow.

Outside of work, I enjoy wood whittling animal figures and building basic furnitures— always creating, whether it's with pixels or wood. I also enjoy going on walks with my two dogs.
